We design, install, commission and maintain fire alarm systems for homes, shops, offices, factories, nursing homes and housing association properties across Wales. Every system is planned around your building and how it is used, so detection is where it needs to be and false alarms are kept to a minimum.
Designed around your building
From a simple conventional panel in a small premises to a fully addressable network across a large site, we specify the right system for the risk. We are BAFE SP203-1 registered, so design, installation, commissioning and maintenance are all carried out to recognised fire safety standards.
Monitoring with CSL DualCom
Your fire alarm can be connected to an Alarm Receiving Centre using CSL DualCom signalling. If a detector activates, the signal is passed automatically over dual paths (IP and mobile network), so a fault on one route does not leave the building unprotected. Keyholders and, where appropriate, the fire service can be alerted day or night.
Servicing and certification
Systems are serviced at the intervals required by BS 5839, with full documentation for your fire risk assessment, insurers and enforcing authority. We keep records of every visit, and our engineers are on call 24 hours a day for faults outside normal working hours.
