Alarms, cameras and extinguishers only protect you if they are working. We provide planned maintenance and reactive support for fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, nurse call, intercoms and fire extinguishers — including systems originally installed by somebody else.
Planned maintenance visits
We set up a service schedule at the intervals your systems and insurers require, keep track of due dates and contact you to arrange each visit. Every visit is documented so your paperwork is ready for inspections, insurers and enforcing authorities.
24-hour on-call engineers
Faults do not keep office hours. Our normal office hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and we have on-call engineers available 24 hours a day for genuine emergencies.
Taking over existing systems
If you are unhappy with your current provider, or inherited a system with a building, we can survey it, bring it back up to standard where needed and take on the ongoing maintenance.
