Monitoring with CSL DualCom
Monitored systems signal to an Alarm Receiving Centre through CSL DualCom. Dual-path signalling over IP and mobile networks means an activation still gets through if one path fails, and the centre can notify keyholders or request a police response where a URN is in place.
Control from your phone
Most systems we fit can be set, unset and checked from a smartphone app, with notifications when the alarm is set, unset or triggered. Useful if you want to let a cleaner in, check the shop is secure, or know the kids are home.
Maintenance and response
Regular servicing keeps detectors, batteries and signalling working properly and keeps you compliant with your insurance conditions. Our engineers are available 24 hours a day if something goes wrong.
